We accept Paypal, major credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrencies.

To participate in the auction, all Customers (Buyers) are required to pay a registration fee (a “subscription”), which is necessary not only to cover organizational costs but also in order to weed out real buyers from just curious visitors and stop unfair actions on their part.
This will help you buy a painting at a real price, without the fictitious bids of those who just want to bid without actually wanting to buy the painting.
In most cases, we use EMS, which has a good track record of delivering paintings on time.
It is the EMS shipping cost that will be billed to you upon payment, after you win the auction and proceed to pay for the purchased lot.
Unfortunately, we cannot send art to PO boxes, so please take this into account when you fill out the buyer’s card during registration and indicate your real delivery address.
When sending paintings from EU countries, paintings can be sent by any carrier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and others for an additional fee.
We use a very good package.
When purchasing a painting made on canvas on a stretcher, it will be placed in a rigid cardboard box with reinforced sides to avoid damage to the canvas during transportation.
If you buy a picture made on paper or canvas without a frame, it will be rolled up and placed in a tube.
You have three full days (72 hours) to pay for the purchased painting.
Please note that if you do not pay for the Lot without a valid reason within this time, the Lot will be automatically relisted for sale, and you will be permanently excluded from the list of buyers and will not be able to re-register. The money you paid for the subscription will not be refunded in this case.
If you have any problems with payment, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue and find alternative ways to pay for the artwork you have purchased.
